RSX01 Mandrel Friction Welder
With the RSX01 Mandrel welder, mandrels can be welded quickly and precisely. The welding parameters are optimally matched to the common materials, so that a high repetition accuracy is guaranteed with the simplest operation. As the splice is made by means of frictional heat, no long heating times are necessary.
The compact and handy design of the RSX01 also allows it to be mounted on a workbench for stationary operation. The clamping jaws are changed on the machine depending on the required diameter of the mandrel. The ends of the mandrels are automatically aligned centrally so that the offset weld joints do not interfere with the production of the hoses.
